At PakBooks.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
